David is a healthcare entrepreneur with a more than 40-year track record of starting and operating successful, dynamic healthcare services businesses. He has directed the sale of critical care products to hospitals, worked with and directed physicians for growth, developed industry-leading service standards, and created and directed managed-care delivery systems, as well as quality assurance, compliance, and customer service programs.

David has directed and led more than 50 buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, including IPOs. He has worked with venture capital and private equity investors to invest in and build enterprises that include Trumen Physicians + Associates, Centerline Healthcare Partners, Three Oaks Hospice, Inc., Odyssey HealthCare, Inc., and New Century Hospice, Inc. He has built successful management teams and boards, and is an investor, director, and advisor on various healthcare boards.

David currently serves as an investor and director on the boards of Alternative Behavior Strategies, Inc., Etairos Health, Inc., and Centerline Healthcare Partners, and is also the chairman of Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. He is also an operating advisor to Petra Capital Partners, and works with various other venture and private equity firms. His outside interests include music, flying, ranching, golfing, hunting, and enjoying his family in Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
