Bill is a co-founding partner of Chartwell Partners and is based in Dallas where his executive search experience has spanned almost 30 years exclusively focused on healthcare. His healthcare focus has been with both publicly traded companies and notable and highly successful private equity and venture capital-backed companies across many healthcare sectors. His clients at the board and executive levels have included organizations in acute care, long term care/post-acute, supply chain/distribution, ambulatory services, pharmacy services, home health, hospice, and numerous other emerging sectors.

Bill’s career prior to cofounding Chartwell Partners in 2005 included working as a Senior Partner with the executive search firm Heidrick and Struggles, serving as a cofounder of private equity-backed United Dental Care, and, earlier, spending eight years in various roles with American Hospital Supply Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he majored in Marketing.
